Honestly, I prefer using MSWord2007 to publish my blog (tried only on Blogspot, tell me if it works on other blogs) because of the following reasons:
- More comfortable user interface.
Have you tried inserting a table into your blog? You would realize that you would not be able to do that in the WYSIWYG Compose web-interface. An alternative is to type in the HTML code to create the table manually. That is quite a hassle, especially if you are prone to forgetting to close your tags. In MSWord2007, you can use the Insert-->Table function, which can be easily found at the menu ribbon of the program. It is as though you are writing a Word document!
- You can publish codes easily.
Remember my previous post which I mentioned about displaying codes on blog posts? Instead of going through the trouble of converting your <,> and other entities, you can type the codes directly into your word document and it will publish it for you just the way you want it to! With more time on your hands, you can actually do more formatting like place your codes in a one-cell table and color-code it for easy reference. J
So how do I go about publishing my blog using MSWord2007?
